Try for lots of active Neighbors.  Their help and success benefits your Farm.
One way to discover the best candidates is to join a group such as,    FARM VILLE JOIN THIS GROUP AND GET 75 FARM VILLE CASH  or  
FarmVille Tricks - Beat all your friends  and start going through the Fans list.  At this point you only need 20 Neighbors to max out your acreage (Have the maximum Farm lot available  22x22)  

You really want as many Neighbors as it takes to keep your land fertilized and to share their success when they receive ribbons. That is more than 20 and less than a million.

 

 

 

Click the 'My Neighbors' button.  It will disclose the needs of your Neighbors.

I clicked the 'Go to Lauri's farm' button:  Next you will see ...

Now I click the 'Accept button.  That gives me 20 coins and 5 XP.
See the amount float up the screen

 

Next screen is: I click the Accept. 
 Then I need to click on 5 plots to spread the fertilizer.        then click 'OK.'

Click Publish.
Click Return Home at bottom right corner of your screen...  

 

 

 

 

On your Facebook Home Page look for this kind of announcement.  Chick on the "Get a bonus from them" link and you receive things like coins, animals and such.
 

 

 

 

When you help a friend there are many benefits;
